The PMI Atlanta Healthcare Forum has 9 planned sessions throughout 2025. Anthony Baker, LSSMBB, has 25+ years of multi-industry experience leading operational excellence and quality control practices that deliver value to customers and stakeholders. Anthony has strong experience building sustainable process improvement programs from the ground up to improve quality, eliminate waste, reduce delays, and total costs.
Over the last two decades, Anthony has served as a key strategic partner and trusted advisor, driving partnerships with high customer value and collaboration, utilizing change management tools to deliver innovative solutions from concept through implementation, and valuing strategy deployment as paramount to building an engaged, highly leveraged workforce.
Anthony lives in the Atlanta, GA metro area with his wife. He is an active volunteer within the PM community and serves as the Global Co-leader of the Black Employee Resource Group at Philips NA.

The Winship 5K run/walk is a family-friendly virtual and in-person event held on the Emory University campus that benefits cancer research at Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University. In 2024, the fourteenth annual event raised more than $1,000,000. To date, the event has raised over $11.4 million in support of cancer research at Winship Cancer Institute.
Join us on October 4, 2025 for the Winship 5K run/walk! You can create a team or join the Winship 5K as an individual. We invite you to set a $250 minimum fundraising goal and encourage your friends, family and co-workers to join you in making a difference against cancer.
