Sensorscall has developed a device, "CareAlert" disguised as an emergency nightlight that looks after the well-being of seniors living independently. CareAlert contains multiple environmental sensors connected to the cloud, where an AI-driven analytics engine develops an awareness of the habits and activities of inhabitants. Various sensors detect and verify unusual patterns and report them to caregivers. In addition, the device allows communication directly with the occupants in an emergency as well as voice reminders. All this without cameras or wearables.
